  • Services not delivered as per confirmation due to unforeseen hotel-related issues.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refund will be issued for:

  • No-shows (guest does not arrive without prior cancellation).

  • Cancellations made after the deadline as per the booking policy.

  • Early check-out or unused services once the stay has commenced.

Cancellation Timelines

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is made at least 48 hours before check-in time.

  • Partial Refund or No Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in (subject to room occupancy and peak season policies).

Refund Process

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.

  • Bank processing times may vary.
