Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Cancellations made within the free cancellation window (as specified at the time of booking).
Booking errors or duplicate payments.
Services not delivered as per confirmation due to unforeseen hotel-related issues.
No refund will be issued for:
No-shows (guest does not arrive without prior cancellation).
Cancellations made after the deadline as per the booking policy.
Early check-out or unused services once the stay has commenced.
Full Refund: If cancellation is made at least 48 hours before check-in time.
Partial Refund or No Refund: For cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in (subject to room occupancy and peak season policies).
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment.
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.
